It’s the first Monday of 2026 and so many of us have set goals or good intentions for the new year. So what does a frog mug have to do with that? 🐸

My bestie and I have a saying when we have a task on our To Do list which isn’t something we want to do that day. So we tell ourselves to ‘eat the frog’ first thing that day. Do the hard task. Get it done first thing and see if the rest of your day is easier and lighter.

So this frog mug is our reminder to ‘eat the frog.’ Yeah I know, it sounds gross, but do the hard thing first and see if that helps with reducing stress, anxiety, or procrastination. ✨
