DIY Ceiling Plank Project:
I transformed my ceiling using ¼" plywood planks, and made my own finish using paint + decorative glaze. Here's exactly what I used:
• Base color: Sand Fossil (Glidden, PPG1098-3 Home
Depot)
• Decorative glaze: Java
Brown by Rustoleum
• Top coat: General Finishes
Water-Based High
Performance (Satin)
• Shadow paint between planks: Espresso Beans by Behr
• Brad nailer and all tools linked too!

Here’s how I made my DIY bistro light planters. My planter is 22” high, and I buried about 8” into the ground for stability. I added a PVC sleeve first (to hold the wooden pole), then filled the planter in layers: rocks, cement, more rocks, soil, and flowers on top. Don’t forget to drill drainage holes so your plants thrive! 🌿 Linked everything I used so you can create your own cozy backyard vibes.
