How to make homemade bone broth 🥣

• 2.5–3 lbs oxtails
• 1 whole onion
• 4–5 cloves garlic
• 3–4 carrots
• A small piece of ginger

Broil everything for at least 15 minutes, rotating the oxtails so they brown evenly. This helps reduce foam and gunk while boiling.
