As a new mom, I’d definitely considered myself “modern” when I said I was NEVER going to feed my baby pre-packaged food…UNTIL I found out about LITTLE SPOON.

All of the issues that concerned me about baby food, they address! Ingredients you can read. No citric acid. No preservatives or fillers. What’s dry is in the dry section and what needs refrigeration is in the cold section. Organic clean food. AND they test for all the chemical toxins that can be transmitted by the warehouse prep and packaging process that most other baby brands don’t or brands we eat as adults for that matter.

Knowing that someone else was just as anal about what they fed their baby as I was gave me so much peace. I have to be honest though…my husband is still on the fence but I plan to make him a believer.

Let’s talk pregnancy skin for a second 👀

One of the questions I get the MOST is:
“Did you do anything to prevent stretch marks?”

Short answer: ABSOLUTELY!

I used the Revitalizing Stretch Mark Cream from Nēmah during my pregnancy. Was I perfectly consistent every single day? Nope 😅

But a few times a week, I’d take a moment to massage it into my belly — slowing down while connecting with my baby bump.

I also remember how itchy my belly would get as it stretched. My hubby was adamant about me not scratching it 😂 so this cream became my go-to for soothing my skin instead.

Some stretch marks I was prepared for. These? I had no idea they were coming…

After being instructed to over pump in the hospital, my breast went from a B/C cup to a DD/E over night. I ended up with mastitis & thrush. Postpartum changes nobody talks about but we should.

Painfully, I figured out how to lower my twin size amount of milk I was pumping but my skin was not the same. This was disheartening but I knew it would all work out.

So much changes after you have a baby and I tried my best to be prepared for it all! Some came as a surprise that I could not plan for. But as a skincare junky, I am grateful that I didnt even know how prepared I really was. I can definitely see a difference in my skin using these products!
