life lately involves making hundreds of design decisions and a full home reno & I wouldn’t have it any other way 🏚️ sharing the outfit that’s been asked about daily 🤍

after months and months of search for a soft, feminine and neutral wallpaper that felt timeless, I found this one on @Wayfair / @wayfaircanada and never ever looked back ✨ I’d buy it over & over again.

Don’t get me wrong - I completely understand why colour is so, so important in children’s play & you’ll find plenty of colour within our toy baskets..

but the bigger pieces? they don’t need to feel loud to be loved. I’ve found that when the larger play items - the ones that stay out on display every day- are neutral and calming, our home feels more peaceful, and their imagination still runs just as wild. Especially when these toys will be around for a few years and grow with them.

the colour is there, the creativity is there, the fun is definitely there - it just doesn’t have to shout.

The basketball hoop we got the kids this year is the perfect example of that.. I’m happy to have it our 24/7 & they love it so, so much 🤎
