It’s so crazy to think back to how many vacations I spent OBSESSING over food. Constantly wanting to eat everything and anything and then immediately feeling guilty after which led me to binge eating even more. I’d come home and step on the scale and see that it was up and it would wreck me. Starting keto in 2018 did a hell of a lot more than helping me lose weight. It helped me heal my relationship with food and to be able to go on a family vacation and just be present and in the moment is such a blessing! 🥹🫶🏼
