A to the point leg day 🤝🏼🙂‍↔️ let’s roll let’s ride

Single leg RDL 3 x 10
Smith machine lunge 4 x 8
Step ups 4 x 8
Bb hip thrust 4 x 15
Hamstring curl machine 4 x 12,12,8,8

Go in with a plan. Stick to the plan 85% or more of the time. Adjust if needed. And badabing badaaaboom! Simple and effective!!!!!

Not a cardio girl, but she's trying Here's the spicy little EMOM that humbled me:
Workout:
• 20 min incline walk (Incline 12, Speed 3)
• EMOM (aimed for 12 rounds, made it to 8)
• 1 min sled push
• 1 min dumbbell thrusters (used 20s)
• Finished with a core circuit (3 rounds):
• 10 hanging knee raises
• 12 cable crunches
• 30 sec side plank each side
Sweaty & gassed onggggg, but I'm so proud of myself This was soooo challenging for me but soo fun and new!
Gunna start doing this once a week and get this cardio on point after years of just saying my cardio is horrible 🫶🏼❤️

LEG DAY: Just wrapped up my mini cut and now easing back into maintenance 👏🏼 More food = more fuel to train hard, build muscle, and feel strong again. Keeping my intensity high and staying consistent—this is where the real progress happens

Shoulders, chest and triceps 😋 been lovingggg upper body so much and seeing some more definition from my mini cut has been so cool to seeeee! I’ll prob be done with my mini cut after this week and reverse back to maintenance cals for a month or so then drop back down. Lets keep it interesting why not 🤨 • Cable side raise 3x20 (video sped up) Standing shoulder press 3x15 SUPERSET Face-pulls 4x12 Banded pull apart 4x12 SUPERSET (videos sped up) Smith upright row 3x10 Plate upright row 3x20 Chest press machine 4x8-10 Assisted dips 2x10 Single arm rear delt fly (FAVVV) 4x12 Wearing @oneractive Unified flare leggings (small) And the Unified bralette (medium) i love these two paired together! ❤️

I’ve been lovingggg the simplicity of my leg days so much!!!! 5 exercises 3-4 sets each. I’m currently in the lowerish rep range, 5-8’s. Focusing on both strength and hypertrophy. Keepin it simple sallllyyy! I’ve been following “Challenge You” for 10 weeks now and to say I’m so excited to re start it and continue building my strength within all my lifts is an understatement. Lets roll let’s ride 😜✨

Don’t get me wrong….i love a pilates or matt pilates class but I equally enjoy doing core at home. You don’t need any equipment for these movements, but adding a little extra flavor feels so good and is a good extra challenge!!! Enjoyyy shugggas ✨🌷🎧🧺

I used to avoid anything that didn’t directly help me build muscle or lean out—if it wasn’t getting me “jacked” I saw it as a waste of time. But adding Pilates into my routine over the last 1.5 years has completely changed my mindset! My ankle weights and dumbbells are all from target!
