LEG DAY DEETS 🍑⬇️❤️‍🔥🫡 been training legs 2x weekly and going into week 7 out of 8 of my program. And even though weekly i may not feel stronger i am definitely feeling stronger when comparing to starting this program and that’s what i remind myself of. Although progressive overload is essential for progress im here to remind you that doesn’t just mean lifting heavier. We can change the tempo, slow reps down and be more intentional, increase reps by even just 1-2, enhancing range of motion, increasing frequency (this is why i love to throw in a full body session) ❤️ be intentional and be consistent and most importantly be proud of yourself for showing up 🫶🏼 Split squats 3x10 Hack squat 4x10-12 Hip thrust 3x8-10 Hamstring curl 4x10 Cable glute abduction 3x15 SL calf raise 3x15 Oner Active enhance lift shorts are the best leg day short hands down 🙇🏼‍♀️ wearing a small (DC: KKFIT) LTKootd LTKfitnessgoals LTKActive
