These are all of the items I have ready to go for postpartum care after delivery! I personally recommend all of these products and included some details below: Nipple cream / butter- trust me! You will want this if you plan to pump or breastfeed. Truly a lifesaver Sunflower lecithin- I took this everyday after I had Blakely while pumping and it helped a ton with engorgement if that’s something you struggle with Breast cold / hot packs- I did not use these last pregnancy but wish that I had, so excited to use this time around (helps with soreness etc.) Tucks pads- these are amazing right after delivery and the following weeks after! They have a cooling effect and help with pain (I recommend several on a pad) Perennial spray- I didn’t use this last pregnancy but excited to try. I’ve heard great things about this brand (you can also use dermoplast spray but this is specifically for postpartum) Peri bottle- trust me, you need this and will use it a ton each day!!! Nursing pads- great to keep in your bra if you are prone to leaking Maxi pads / disposable underwear / underwear- all necessities that I used last pregnancy ***Keep in mind to always check with your OB before taking any supplements while breastfeeding / pumping. Most hospitals will provide everything you need directly after delivery (disposable underwear, witch hazel pads, maxi pads, etc.) but be sure to check with yours beforehand.
