5 Tips for a good sauna session: 1. Start low (temps) and slow (time) and listen to your body, if it’s too much or too hot, take a break! 🥵 2. Download a good book, podcast, or playlist to listen to. 📚🎶 3. Bring wireless headphones or AirPods🎧 (your phone will overheat in the sauna, I know from experience 🫠) 4. Drink water before, during (with a silicone straw-they won’t melt or get too hot to drink out of), and after your session.
