This weekend my mom and I stopped by the Broadmoor for lunch to celebrate my birthday and it was finally warm enough for me to wear my Original Jacks! Mocktail Hour Looks 9, 10 & 11

I used to WANT to buy the entire set but felt like I had to choose one piece from a collection that I loved. Now, if I find the right deal, I will get a full matching fit, both because I love the impact of the full look- but also because pieces that I truly love are so easy to mix and match with other pieces. Lesson learned - don’t let the concept of “variety” actually limit your options. If you love a print- collect it. If you want to dress head to toe in a single color- do it! Better to wear what you really love than sacrifice your personal style in the name of “practicality” while shopping.

Another month over already! This month I made a point of finishing up quite a few items that were low so I could straighten up my cabinet a little bit. Tons of winners in today’s episode as well; many of these things are items that I’ve used before and will definitely use again! Plus linking to the baby toys that make a cameo in this episode because they’re a couple of little ones favorites at the moment. He’s currently seven months and really likes fabric books and crinkle books and became obsessed with Elmo while reading some books so he got his very own Elmo plush for Christmas (honestly it’s the best gift I’ve ever given - he was absolutely thrilled, and I felt like a miracle worker. lol)

This sweater is epic. I bought it in this blue color and I also got it in the cream and black and wear them both so much! It runs a tiny bit small so I would size up by one size. I really like the quality and the design is so fun. They also have a long sleeve version!
