Spring Fling - Look 7
A curated style series

This set comes from one of my favorite places to buy pieces that are more tailored. Being pretty tall, there is no substitute for finding items with proportions that work from the beginning. Of course you can always get alterations, but something that is based on a shorter or petite fit model is always going to look less than perfect in my opinion. I love that these items fit me off the rack, because while I seem like someone that would get their clothes altered, and think that it’s a fabulous thing to do, I really struggle with follow through on tasks like that! 🤷🏼‍♀️

The difference a year can make!

Even when I’m not staying at the Marriott, I always stop in and get a photo in their beautiful courtyard. I have some dating back to 1999. I’ll need to find and digitize them!

Last year, little one was on the way and I was getting pretty nervous about the whole situation. Fast forward to today and I’m finally starting to feel like myself again, and it was delightful to bring my little one on his first trip away from home. So glad we are where we are now, healthy and happy. Lack of sleep is still a heck of a lot easier than pregnancy was for me!
