gf buckwheat pumpkin bread 🎃↓ the coziest recipe you absolutely need this fall…🍂 1 can pumpkin purée 1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled (can sub coconut oil for dairy free) 2 eggs, whisked 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup buckwheat flour 1 cup almond flour 1/3 cup 1:1 gf flour (or tapioca or arrowroot starch) 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp cloves 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips preheat oven to 350°. mix the first five ingredients together well. Whisk in all dry ingredients & spices, & combine thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
