Temperatures are slowly rising, reminding me of the warm Carribean climate. I traveled to Grand Cayman as a child and still remember the warmth, the air thick around me, the salty breeze coming from the horizon and the rich vegetation everywhere. I also remember the opulence from another time, reminiscent of the 50s or 60s. I can easily imagine myself there again, staying at the Palm Heights under the shade of a yellow umbrella, slathered in sunscreen and a cocktail in hand. Then after spending a day in the sun, skin still warm and the air around still heavy, going out for the evening. A colorful dress, natural heels, pulled back hair, simple gold jewelry and a sultry spicy scent on my skin. Not always on vacation but it’s easy to pretend on warm summer nights, that I am again in Grand Cayman. LTKSeasonal LTKstyletip
