Hospital bag items I actually used for my C section stay. Organic pads - these don’t have all the chemicals typical pads do. Silk scrunchies - my hair was a mess the entire stay, these saved me. Egg light - when you need a little mood lighting in your hospital room. Also great for night feedings and diaper changes. Fuzzy grip socks - for those god awful laps you need to make around the hospital floor post c section. Yeti with a straw - the straw is necessary. Silverettes and nipple butter - a god send if you’re breastfeeding. Mag O - these work better than the prescription stool softeners. I started taking these pre surgery to ensure these were movin and groovin. Micellar water - I was in too much pain to bend over and wash my face so this on some cotton swabs was my face cleanser for 4 days. Colostrum mist spray - and this was my skincare. Simple stuff baby. Frida mom disposable boy shorts - I used the hospital mesh ones for the first few days because they were so loose, but these were nice and provided a little support once I was ready. Portable fan - so many uses once baby is here, but was nice to have in the hospital to help combat temperature fluctuations. Clean gum - helps with blood flow to promote healing as well as minimizes gas pains LTKBaby LTKBump
