Over the last few days, we’ve shared how all of this started with Kay’s health. How her love for food and creativity pushed us to try something new. And why this journey feels so different and so personal to us.

So today, we wanted to finally share a little more.

What is HEY! by Kay&Tay?

HEY stands for Health. Energy. You.

Health, because we worked so hard to make sure what we’re creating is genuinely good for you. That mattered to us more than anything. We wanted something that supported Kay’s health, something we felt confident about, and something we could give to Ellie and one day Sutton too.

Energy, because that’s been a huge part of this story from the very beginning. We wanted something that helps you feel fueled and supported through real life. The long days, the busy seasons, the moments where you still need to show up.

And You, because this isn’t just for one type of person. We wanted it to fit into anyone’s journey. Allergen free. Gluten free. Vegan. Something that feels accessible and inclusive, no matter where you’re at.
