Just got samples of this checkered tile and I’m obsessed! Matte finish. Beautiful quality. Absolutely gorgeous! 🙌🏼 I’ve been on the hunt for a 12x12 checkered tile for a kitchen in an upcoming project and wanted something with a matte finish and realistic stone look….these are perfect and come in a variety of colors. I’ll be using the beige and white version on this project but would definitely use the gray and white on a different project and I bet the green and white and dark/light beige are amazing too!

Essentials for a shared kids bathroom:

✨ Tub - because every kid loves a bath. Even the older ones!

✨ Double vanity - because who wants to fight over the sink when you’re brushing their teeth in the morning?!

✨ Big niches - because kids and cluttered shelves don’t usually work well together…so everyone has room for their preferred shampoo, body wash, soaps, etc.

✨ Lots of towel hooks - because kids love to forget a towel and scream for one when they’re done bathing…so the more space for hanging towels up in there the more likely they’ll have one when they get out and they won’t need you to fetch them one…

✨ I also LOVE touch-less faucets! Especially if you have younger kiddos…the water automatically shuts off after a minute or two. 😉

Gas lanterns that won’t break the bank! 🙌🏼 Gas lanterns are EXPENSIVE but these two options are my absolute favorite, more reasonably priced options. 🏠 I also LOVE that these come in an electric version so you can do gas on the front and electric for the other exterior lights or if you don’t have gas but want the look of a gas lantern these are PERFECT! 😍

If you are planning a new build and have access to gas this is one thing that’s worth the splurge to elevate the exterior design of your home. 😍
