Steve and I like this song. Why is my mouth open when I am getting ready? Yes, I pull my bangs back in a hair tie when I can’t find a headband. Type B personality chicken bowls, no exact measurements over here…but protein packed yummy Greek chicken bowls with Tzaziki! Tzaziki: 1-2 cups non fat Greek yogurt 1/2 ish cucumber thinly sliced 1 juice of a lemon Dash of S + P Dash of garlic salt Dash of dried mint Mix and store Mediterranean Salad: Cucumber diced 1-2 bell peppers diced 1/2 onion Cherry tomatoes Sprinkle of feta 1-2 cloves garlic 1/2 lemon juiced Dash of S + P Drizzle of olive oil 1-2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar Mix and store Greek Chicken Meatballs: 400 degree oven 4 lbs ground chicken 1/2 onion chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 2 eggs Dash of: Paprika Garlic salt Salt Pepper Whatever else you like Mix and scoop tbsp ish size balls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 min or internal temp 165 Serve on jasmine rice with the salad and scoop of Tzaziki on top! 6 oz of meatballs is roughly 40 G protein plus some more with Tzaziki! #highprotein #highproteinmeals #cleaneating #mediterranean #typebrecipes
