Makeupless Monday is officially a thing 🤍 There’s something about letting your skin breathe, slowing down, and not being “on” all the time that just hits different. Today looked like coffee, a coaching call, getting my nails done… and a spray tan later ✨ still taking care of myself… just in a different way. So Mondays are now for.. No makeup.
