If you are too tired to cook, try this easy recipe

2 1/2 tablespoons Caribbean Jerk seasoning (I use Walker’s Wood)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Paprika
Optional for spice: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground red pepper or cayenne pepper, (Maggie) all-purpose seasoning, black pepper, green seasoning (green onions, garlic, ginger, thyme, pimento, cilantro)
You can buy jerk seasoning from a supermarket. Ask your butcher to joint a chicken for you, cutting it into eight pieces. Alternatively, use a mix of thighs and drumsticks.

Instructions:

In a bowl or plastic gallon size bag combine the chicken, 1 1/2 tablespoons of the Caribbean Jerk seasoning, soy sauce, dry seasoning and green seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.

Place the chicken in a baking dish, base with a little olive oil.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30mins covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
