One minute you’re minding your business, the next you’re fully influenced by targeted ads… and honestly? No regrets.

I’ve had this red light mask for a while now and I’m obsessed. It’s 850 NM and doesn’t break the bank like some of the others. I try to use it about 20 minutes, five times a week and have loved making it part of my routine.

And then… I got targeted again 😅
I’m five days into using a vibrating plate for lymphatic drainage and I have to say—I’m loving it. I’ll throw my mask on and stretch on the plate for about 15 minutes and it’s quickly become one of my favorite little habits.

Both of these have been such a win for me lately 🙌✨
