Things you will need: You will need to purchase wet floral foam. Use as many pieces needed to fill your vase. Also, I bought a really long plastic tray/vase at the floral store. This tray helps keep the water from the foam contained. If you want to make a very long arrangement you can use more than one vase. You can also use any rectangular vase you have at home. Comment shop to get the link Instructions: Dip your green foam in water and place inside the vase. Cut the stems in an angle and proceed to insert them on the foam. I stuck them on the top side of the foam, just play with it until you find the right spot. You want them to cover the top and the sides. For this arrangement I used 12 hydrangeas. I could have used a couple more to make it fuller. Once you finish placing the flowers on one side, you can place the candles on the foam. Once the candles are in, then work on inserting the flowers on the opposite side. When you are cutting and cleaning your hydrangeas, make sure not to throw away the green leaves as you can reuse them as fillers to cover the spots where the foam shows. I placed them all around the bottom of my arrangement and it looked beautiful! You can also use any other filler plant of your liking. This arrangement is so simple, it only takes a few minutes to make. Perfect for any special event!
