Workout & What I EatKeeping up with fitness goals can be challenging, but stay in it to win it. I did a few at home workouts consisting of hiit training, strengthening exercises. I always stretch first. I took a pre workout drink and after my workout I had a nutrient dense smoothie. Everything is plant based.

My pores were clogged, so I used this green tomato clay mask by Fully, which is very powerful. It goes on and tightens the skin and pulls out build up, toxins and other impurities from the skin. I did some red light therapy and a facial massage afterwards. Then I used the green tomato cream to put back moisture into my skin. My skin feels really cleansed and moisturized and it definitely helped to unclog my pores. I have sensitive skin and this is very powerful. If your skin is sensitive, just use as needed, like I do.
