Y’all have been asking about my workouts and I’m glad y’all are noticing because the gym is definitely paying off.

The biggest thing I can say is consistency.
When I first started, I invested in a trainer.

We spend money on so many things that don’t benefit us long-term… so why not invest in your health? Once you get the hang of it, you can always continue working out on your own.

Another big thing is watching your intake. Download MyFitnessPal and start tracking your calories and protein. It really helps you understand what you’re putting in your body.

And ladies, if you want to be toned, you have to pick up weights. Not eating is not the way to lose weight. Your body needs fuel.

Yes, I go to the gym to look good… but honestly it helps me mentally just as much as it does physically.

I’m grateful that me showing up for myself is inspiring others to do the same.
