Here’s one of my go-to leg days: • 10 side lunges (each side) with a dumbbell • 12 sumo squats • 8 single-leg RDLs (each side) • 15 hip thrusts (pause + squeeze at the top) • 15 double jump squats Repeat for 3 rounds * optional 20–30 min cardio to finish This is how I dropped the weight and kept my shape.
