Quick & Easy Noodle Rice Recipe😋
Ingredients
• 1 cup rice (Uncle Ben’s preferred)
• 1 heaping cup vermicelli noodles
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add vermicelli noodles and stir constantly until golden
brown.
2. Turn off the heat once evenly browned.
3. Add rice, water, and salt.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer until fully cooked and water is absorbed.
6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Notes
• Adjust the amount of noodles based on your preference.
• If the pan looks too oily, remove some oil while browning.
• The key is golden noodles, not burnt, for the best flavor.
