stroller running in the warmer summer months is probably going to be the hardest part of my half marathon training but these are a few things I bring with me to help cool down me and my toddler… ⤵️

1. Stroller Fans (I have two Ryobi misting stroller fans on my handlebar facing me and 1 fan attached at the bottom of the stroller facing my son) @ryobitoolsusa

2. Spray Water Bottle to cool us both down

3. Drinking Water (my water bottle is from @pedalmafia and my toddler’s water bottle is from @zakdesigns )
