The best red light therapy mask for your face from Dr. Dennis Gross!!! It has 3 settings, one for acne, one for fine lines/wrinkles and one for both! I always choose the both option. I put it on the ends for about 10-15 minutes before I shower! Then rinse like normal! You can also leave it in overnight and rinse it in the morning! Whatever works for you!
