I put it on the ends for about 10-15 minutes before I shower! Then rinse like normal! You can also leave it in overnight and rinse it in the morning! Whatever works for you! The best red light therapy mask for your face from Dr. Dennis Gross!!! It has 3 settings, one for acne, one for fine lines/wrinkles and one for both! I always choose the both option. Each one lasts about 2 minutes and I usually run it 2-3 times! I have absolutely seen a difference, so it’s worth it IMO!
