Currently reading The Housemaid, a psychological thriller by Freida McFadden and Book 1 of 3. No spoilers but my take so far is this - things are getting very weird and twisty at the Winchester’s. It seems as though Millie the new housemaid is not the only unblemished individual in this odd group, including the mysterious Italian landscaper. I like where the story is going. The tension between Millie and Nina Winchester is almost too much though. Millie needs the money so quitting is not an option and Nina seems to relish every opportunity to punish her for things she didn’t do. Can’t wait to see what more happens!
