This library + game room is the very first space you see when you walk through the door… so we made it intentional. Two-story ceilings, dramatic Iron Ore built-ins, a curved velvet sofa, and warm leather swivel chairs that invite you to sit down and stay awhile.

Here are 10 simple things you can do as a host to make your guests feel right at home:
