The God of the Woods: A Novel | Barnes & Noble

A recent read. Obviously not completely historically accurate, since Anne Boleyn didn’t survive her beheading and see her head back on. I gave it 3/5 stars - the author clearly assumes you don’t know any of the history of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn so there was a lot of perseverations on the same interactions and stories.

Wear your SPF! I am absolutely obsessed with the La Roche Posay serum sunscreen - literally feels like nothing on your skin, no white cast or oily residue! Also love the Prequel SPF lip gloss!

If I had to pick my very favorite bag, it would be my voyage speedy 30. Made in the early nineties, she looks great for her age and is a total workhorse! Definitely a bag that is better vintage and much cheaper to get from resale sites - I prefer FASHIONPHILE.

My nighttime lip essentials. The SkinCeuticals antioxidant lip repair is an absolute must as we shift from winter to spring. I usually apply this and let it sink in for about 30 minutes, then apply the Vaseline Lip Therapy over top. The Vaseline also doubles as a cuticle treatment and we love a multitasking product.

Two of my favorite drugstore skin care products from ROC. Since I can’t use my prescription tretinoin too close to my eyes, I like that this vitamin C stick brightens up my undereye area and helps with moisture. The retinol stick is used on my neck nightly to help prevent crepey skin and wrinkles. Also since they are both stick form, they are very easy to travel with! #skincare #drugstore #antiaging #healthyskin

Finished this standalone fiction novel that takes place both in our time and in a fantasy realm. I give it 3/5 stars. It’s fine and a quick read but I also felt like a lot of it was rushed and some of the parts that were drawn out didn’t add a lot to the storyline. #tbr #LTKReads #LTKBooks
