I know I say this every week… but I also mean it every week. This is a good one. Because the Loewe slides are beautiful. The calfskin leather, the detail… they’re $890 for a reason. But then I found this pair from Avara… And they have a really similar look on the foot. Same kind of cutout, same shape, same overall feel. But they’re $48. Are they the same quality? Probably not. But they’re also $48. And for me… this is the kind of sandal I’m just throwing on all summer. With dresses, with denim… just everyday. I’m just not spending close to $900 on something like this. These still look really polished. They don’t feel cheap. They just feel like a smart option. But I get it… sometimes you just want the real thing. So on this one—are you splurge or save?
