One or the most impactful and inexpensive improvements you can make to your home is updating light fixtures.

This light is my current favorite to put in listings and I even had one installed in my new AirBNB.

It’s elegant and classic but also on trend. It provides a TON of light and can be put on a dimmer switch for a moodier look.

Since I am in the middle of selecting hardware for #cavendishcottage and haven’t had a good reason to post a picture of my kitchen lately, let’s take a trip down memory lane!

I OBSESSED over cabinet hardware for our kitchen renovation while trying my best to creat a @devolkitchens style on a much lower budget.

So after scouring the Internet and stores I found these amazing knobs on Etsy. I did latches on my lower cabinets, bin pulls on my drawers and mushroom knobs on the cabinets. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! They are the perfect antique brass finish and are so well made. Highly recommend!!
