8 bagged or boxed items I bought from @costco ! I linked as many similar items that I could find for some healthy grocery inspo. I haven’t done grocery hauls in a while (mainly because I have been doing pick up) but I was at Costco over the weekend so why not share🤷🏼♀️ here are a few of my favorites that come in a bag or a box… because we can buy those😉 1) Kirkland dried mango slices- way better price at this size and this brand is also MUCH softer and easier to chew than other options on the market. Love these for a colorful snack but be sure to choose the unsweetened. 2) @seedsofchange garlic brown rice and quinoa bags- I almost always use these as the base of my salmon or chicken bowls! Add such a nice flavor and cut down on dishes 👏 3) @baresnacks baked apple chips- I give these to Dallas as a crunchy chip alternative that can go in my diaper bag. 4) @naturesgardenus my favorite trail mix bags! It can be tough to find options that don’t have added sugar and this one is just fruit and nuts. Great for snacking or on oatmeal bowls. 5) @naturesturnfood freeze dried fruit- Dallas is in a big freeze dried fruit phase and I like that this box comes in small bags and offers a variety of fruits. 6) Aussie bites!! One of my favorite breastfeeding snacks that has a good amount of calories, healthy fats, and is still portable. 7) @solelyfruit - havnt had a lot from this brand that I havnt loved. We love their fruit snacks that are 100% fruit so we decided to give their fruit leathers a try! 8) @bienasnacks - I received this edamame snacks a while ago in a PR package and loved them so bought the big bag at Costco. Great for snacking or mixed into salads. The ranch flavor is so good if you can find it! costcofinds dietitiansofinstagram costco costcohaul snacking dietitiantips groceryhaul healthysnackideas healthysnacking backtoschoolsnacks LTKHome LTKKids LTKFamily
