If you like pasta salad, and your looking for more ways to up your protein game — this is for you!

Chop & put your cucumbers, sweet peppers, and red onion into a bowl. Add a good amount of feta cheese. Add about 3 big spoonfuls of whatever cottage cheese you prefer. Then top it off with Greek dressing. Mix and enjoy!

For the record, I am not a fan of raw red onion. I did not add much to this mix, but the taste all blended together perfectly, so I feel they are necessary for this recipe!

Stove Potpourri:

• Sliced orange
• Cranberries
• Cinnamon sticks
• Cloves
• Rosemary

Simmer in 2 cups of water on low heat for as long as you want. Just add more water when needed.

Our elf brings the girls this gingerbread village kit every year. We love it because it comes with four miniature houses so everyone gets one to decorate.

We don’t eat ours, so I put them together with hot glue. That makes decorating so much easier so houses aren’t falling apart in the process.
