Posting this one a little late (ooops) as currently living/appreciating life in South Africa 😄🌅

How are we already 10 episodes into this series?! This one features a fun half marathon in Battersea, London with @runthroughuk + a reunion with @johnpaulstanway after 5 years!

I’m currently experiencing some of Cape Town’s hottest weather ever recorded, so my long runs are proving to be tough… but just doing what I can.

To the girl who couldn’t run 5km without stopping last year… this is your sign. Don’t give up. Keep going. Consistency + determination really do change everything.

Now a few days to recover before the next run - I have a 6km, 9km & 24km to complete this week. To think that was only half of what I will be doing at @londonmarathon kinda breaks my heart ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 but I will get there :)
