Ras lemon poppy seed muffins!! I used 1 box of muffin mix including all the ingredients listed on the box (I like King Arthur GF), 1/3 cup of lemon curd cream, 2 tsp poppy seeds, and 1/2 cup of raspberries! The icing is 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbs lemon curd + 3ish tbs of milk! 🧚✨ they are simply them most whimsical muffins to me #muffins #baking #whimsy #whimsical #bakingrecipe

if you’re new here, I love Christmas… In fact, I love Christmas so much. I made Christmas a major part of my job. Starting back in 2020. I’ve always found the holidays to be cozy, whimsical, crafty… But that all changed in about 2023 when I became overwhelmed with work, life, circumstances, and outside commitments! I think part of growing older is experiencing the holidays differently… But I don’t think that means it needs to lose its magic. I hope you’ll join me on this journey to make Christmas 2025 the most nostalgic Christmas yet!
