I had mixed feelings on this dress at first. Mainly bc I haven’t been gravitating towards puff sleeves lately. But I absolutely love this dress! And it’s only $32 from Walmart! The form fitting bodice helps to balance out the puff sleeves giving you a nice silhouette. The fabric is nice and stretchy. I’m wearing a medium and it fits tts for me. If you like a looser fit you could easily size up. It’s also available in black and plum. My tights are from Sheertex and my boots are Doc Martens.
