Homemade Pizza Here’s what you’ll need: Cast iron pan Olive oil Pizza sauce Freshly shredded mozzerella Meat toppings (sausage and pepperoni are house favorites) Veggies (sliced tomatoes, green pepper, mushroom, etc) Dried oregano Once the dough has doubled in size. Punch down. Divide in half and begin rolling out. Each ball will make a 12 inch pizza. Preheat the oven to 425°. On a cutting board or countertop lightly flour and use a rolling pin to roll the dough out. Prevent sticking by flipping and rotating after every pass with the rolling pin. Once rolled out, lightly brush a cast iron pan with oil all over. Place the dough inside of the pan and gently press to form bottom and edges to the pan. Layer sauce, toppings, and cheese as desired. Sprinkle top with dried oregano and brush crust with olive oil. Place onto the center over rack. Cook 5 minutes and rotate. Cook about 5-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan. Let cool for 5 minutes then cut and serve!
