Easy Homemade Bread 3 cups flour, extra for dusting 2 tbs instant, dry yeast (1 packet) 3 tbs kosher/ Himayalian salt 2 cups warm tap water Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water until combined, and the dough should be runny. Add water until the consistency is similar to thick pancake batter. Cover with a tea towel, and let rise 2-3 hours in a warm spot. It will double in size. Preheat the oven and a dutch oven to 450. Flour a surface generously. Pour out the dough and very gently fold the sides in until it forms a ball. Do not knead! Add dough onto parchment paper. Drop into the preheated dutch oven. Cover with the lid and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
