Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread Ingredients: 1 mini loaf of French bread, sliced in half lengthwise 4 tbsp butter, melted 1 garlic clove, grated 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella Seasoning salt Fresh parsley (optional) 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grate the garlic and set it aside. Melt the butter in a small pot and add the garlic. Stir for 1 minute. Do not let it brown. Add a dash of seasoning salt to the butter and garlic mixture, then set aside. Spread the butter evenly on each side of the bread. You can use melted or spreadable butter. Top with mozzarella cheese. Place the bread in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Turn on the broiler and broil the bread on the middle rack for 1 minute, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from the oven, slice into 2-inch pieces, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Note: You can prepare the bread ahead of time by spreading the butter and parmesan, then wrapping it in plastic wrap and storing it in the fridge until ready to bake. Add the parmesan at the end to help it brown. LTKMostLoved LTKFamily LTKWatchNow
