New wide leg cargo jeans are from Walmart & are only $28. I sized down one size to a zero I’m in between a zero & size 2. I’m 5’2” 130lbs the jeans have a elastic waist band on the back of them and they says they’re low rise but they’re NOT in my opinion . Super soft crew neck is a XS!
