These DIY seashells are soooo fun and sooo easy to make! Linking everything you need! Paint the inside of your shell with a layer of Mod Podge, open your napkin so you’re just using the single layer with the pattern, place it on the shell and smooth it out with your finger tips, add a light layer of Mod Podge over the napkin and let dry for an hour or so.
