Literally the best gluten free cupcakes we have ever had!! All the kids devoured them. Top them off with our favorite cream cheese icing: Beat 1/2 cup of butter with 8oz of cream cheese. Add tsp of vanilla and pinch of salt. Beat some more. Then add 4 cups powdered sugar and 2 tbsp of whipping cream. Enjoy having the best cupcakes!! You can easily make the cupcakes dairy free and then making a dairy free buttercream frosting.
