Early morning run done and and I was off to a fun event to get to (more on that later)… Then, I came home, changed, and headed out to do a little “in-store research.” I was on a mission for new running shorts, cookie containers for the boys, and I had to get my hands on the viral swim dress I’m seeing everywhere—and I’m telling you right now, this 49-year-old gives it a 10/10. After roaming Walmart and finding all the good things (brand new spring mugs and a new coffee pot for Lawton because he wanted a grind and brew), we grabbed lunch, ran a couple more errands, and landed at Publix for Super Bowl snacks and some dinner ideas for the week. Then it was back home in my cozy pajamas, topped off with my new Auburn sweatshirt to watch the end of the game… not the outcome we wanted, but War Eagle anyway.
