POV: Today began with the sweetest coffee (after 21 days), a run I don’t normally take but felt I needed before heading to Auburn right after school! It was a full day in Learning Land before heading to Auburn to celebrate twenty years of life with my boys. We had to take to cars because of Lawtons travel and me wanting to stay a little longer. Still, it is so hard to believe that on August 22nd, our world shifted from black and white to color—Nolan arriving first, and Mason ten minutes later by emergency C-section after a prolapsed cord. The early days passed just as quickly as these past years, and I am endlessly grateful for the ones we get to call ours. They are God’s sweetest gifts, always encouraging us to grow and become more. Tonight’s visit may be only for hours so they could celebrate with friends, but I will take every moment, because we did not raise them to hold them tight but to let them go, trusting that strength carries them forward. I pray this year leading to twenty-one is filled with wonder, magic, and growth, and I am thankful to have a front row seat as they discover all that lies ahead. For every mom who has dropped off, let go, and still cheers with full hearts from a distance, may you find comfort in knowing that love follows them wherever they go, they have great friends who stand in your place, and they are beyond loved by all!! dayintheoffice dayinthelife ditl teacher amazonstyle targetstyle #amazonstyle collegemom teachersofinstagram boymom emptynester collegemom affordablehomedecor emptynesters emptynesterlife emptynest goforit coffeemugs coffeemugsofinstagram momduty influencer teachersofthegram boymom moving wareagle auburn p
