$Walmart fall is FALL-ING and these new arrivals are GOOD. 🍂 The $40 Free Assembly blazers might be one of my favorite Walmart look-for-less finds EVER. The designer version is $368, and these give you that same elevated fall look for a fraction of the price. And can we talk about the shoes?! The bags?! Scoop’s jackets?! That floral skirt?! AFFORDABLE, comfortable, work appropriate…but still fun enough that I don’t feel like I’m wearing the same “teacher outfit” over and over again.

I pulled together everything from easy denim and fun skirts to wide-leg pants, dresses, blazers and shoes because fall teacher style does NOT have to be boring.

This 50-year-old empty nester needed a project, so obviously… I went to Target.

I started with an inspiration picture and a little empty corner in our bedroom and decided to turn it into a cozy spot just for me. I already had the chair, side table and large artwork, so I went on a mission to find all the finishing touches without spending a fortune.

And y’all… TARGET DELIVERED. The lamp, cozy throw, gorgeous lumbar pillow, little gold frame, table decor and even the scents. I LOVE how it all came together and how close I got to my inspiration picture on a budget.

Game day for Auburn! All of these would be perfect for a day on the plains.
