As soon as my ninja creami was delivered, I knew I had to recreate the famous dole whip and I’m SO glad I did!

What you’ll need...
1 20oz can pineapple chunks (in 100% pineapple juice)
4tsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix @jello
Splash 2% milk, l use @fairlife

Let’s make it...
Split the pineapple chunks, and their juice equally between two pint jars. Add 2 tsps pudding mix to each pint. Shake and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on lite ice cream, add a splash of milk and respin. ENJOY!

We loved all the chargrilled oysters we had while visiting the coast of Mississippi, that we have been searching for them here locally. We decided to make some at home, which turned into a super fun date night! I love eating them with lots of lemon and on crusty bread!

Ingredients:
Fresh oysters, you can have your fish monger shuck them for you but we wanted to learn
Crusty bread
Lemons
A super cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc @seaglasswineco

For the garlic butter:
Salted butter @kerrygoldusa
Garlic
Fresh parm or pecorino
Minced shallot
Chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Let’s grill em! 🔥
Add the shucked oysters to the grill, grill for about 5 minutes while the garlic butter mixture is melting. Add the butter to eat oyster. Let it get all nice and bubbly. Once they are “boiling” they are ready to eat. Serve with some crusty bread and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
