Healthy Pho-Style Chicken Soup! 🍲 🍲 check out my make shift spiralizer for making my zucchini noodles - fun! I did add some star anise, peppercorns, and cardamom pods left over from Thanksgiving - I hate to say from how long ago 😏- and let it simmer for 30-40 min before I sieved them out and added a roasted chicken we already had cooked. Really nice flavor! Recipe in the video 🫶
